1. Students can log in with their CAP ID to upload the documents.

2. All documents must be uploaded in PDF format. All qualifying certificates should be self attested.

3. In case of candidates qualified PG/M.Phil from a University other than University of Calicut, Equivalency Certificate to PG must be uploaded.

4. In case of SC/ST/OBC candidates, Caste Certificate/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate should be uploaded.

5. For Part Time research scholars, No Objection Certificate in the prescribed format from the competent authority is mandatory. In case of Govt. Employees doing part time research, No Objection Certificate from the competent authority and an undertaking in the prescribed format is required to be uploaded.

6. In case of NET qualified candidates, having Score Card it should be uploaded.

7. In case of the candidates, working as the Principal/Teachers of Self financing Colleges, Contract/Guest Lecturers working in Govt./Aided Colleges/University Teaching Departments/School of Distance Education of the University/Centers run by the University, experience certificate of 12 months and still continuing in service is required.

8. In case of SC/ST/OBC candidates, Caste Certificate/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate should be uploaded.

9. Online payment of Rs.3270/- is to be paid as registration fee. Those who have already remitted the amount can upload the chalan.
